Very useful. My father is on Arbiterone and Adt since 7 yrs (he is 73 now). As side effects of prednisone etc , I think feel he is losing memory (not very bad), bone health and oedema now in legs. 2 yrs ago, it was okay I think. Now we don’t know if we stop then cancer may come back, if we continue then memory and oedema will worsen. If you find any more such videos please share. I have been reading your posts since several years. There in India they start arpi and adt very early. Good luck.
