Thanks for sharing, Dan. I’ve been doing ADT for 3.5 years now with predictable effects: fatigue, weakness, osteoporosis, loss of libido, man boobs, hot flashes, etc. The only thing that’s helped me at all is Gabapentin, which I started taking for pain. It doesn’t help with pain, but diminishes the frequency and severity of hot flashes, which were horrific beforehand. That said, all the effects above are among the prices I choose to pay to keep going with an acceptable quality of life.
