Here’s an interesting trial with surprising results.
Data from a recently published, Canadian, clinical trial of high-dose vitamin D as a method to strengthen bones in healthy adults who do not have osteoporosis have had significant and unexpectedly negative results.
Thanks so much for sharing this Dan. So many opinions out there. I take vitamin D because I can’t spend much time in the sun. I’m also having spine fusion surgery at the end of the month and could easily have been lulled into taking vitamin D to support my recovery.

Glad to share, Luigi. I’ve learned so much from others sharing their stories or information. Good luck with the surgery—I hope it brings you the relief that you’re seeking.
